Returns Policy

Please read carefully. This applies to both domestic and international orders unless stated otherwise.

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Orders can not be cancelled or altered once placed. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Exchange

We offer exchanges only for UK orders within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all tags attached. Exchanges are only accepted if these conditions are met.

Eligibility for Return 

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unused, with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Items returned outside the 14 day window will not be accepted. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect.

International Returns 

For international returns, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover admin and packaging costs.

Contact Us First

Email us at info@saiorestores.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Wait for Approval

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. We will review your request and confirm if your item is eligible for return. Please do not send anything back until you receive our return instructions.

If your return is approved you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. 

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
