Shipping policy

United Kingdom (Domestic)

Domestic orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. This may vary slightly during busy periods or promotional launches. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail, which typically delivers within 2-3 business days after dispatch. 

From the time your order is placed, please allow 2-5 working days for it to arrive. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Saiore is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

International

Europe 

All European orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL Express. You will be charged local custom and tax fees.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days via Royal Mail.
  • DHL Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

United States 

All United States orders are shipped via DHL Express. You will be charged local custom and tax fees. US orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes fees which are not included in shipping cost and must be paid to DHL before delivery.

  • DHL Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Canada & Australia 

All Canadian and Australian orders are shipped via DHL Express. You will be charged local custom and tax fees.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number issued, Saiore is not responsible for any delays or loss of parcels during transit. We recommend contacting your local postal service with your tracking number for any delivery issues.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at info@saiorestores.com.

Missed or Lost Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection directly with Royal Mail.

We are not liable for parcels returned to sender due to missed deliveries or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International Taxes & Duties

All international customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes required by their country. These charges are not covered by Saiore and must be paid directly by the customer upon the parcel’s arrival. We do not accept responsibility for any delays or issues caused by unpaid customs or import fees.

If your order is dispatched and reaches your country but is not successfully delivered due to unpaid customs charges or a failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to us once the customs holding period has expired. Upon receiving the returned parcel, we will process a refund minus a 15% restocking fee (applied to the value of the goods only) and the original shipping fee, which is non-refundable. We strongly advise ensuring customs fees are paid promptly to avoid additional charges or delays.

Shipping Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once they are marked as delivered by Courier.
  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We cannot amend addresses after your order has been placed.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
  • We are unable to refund shipping fees for delayed parcels unless the item is confirmed lost by Courier.
