Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Process
1. Contact Us First
Email us at info@saiorestores.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for Approval
We will review your request and confirm if your item is eligible for return. Please do not send anything back until you receive our return instructions.
3. Send the Item Back
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. Please send the item back in its original condition; unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
